I am recruiting for a brilliant opportunity for a part-time Office Assistant to join a friendly office based in Romford to assist with general Administration. 

Duties will involve but will not be limited to:

• Carry out copying and binding tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain hard copy and scanned filing
• Assist in the production of documentation such contract case studies
• Assist in the loading of case studies and maintaining website
• Assist within the team generally
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks
• Assist in keeping tea room tidy and clean, making tea for members of staff
• Stationary requisitions and online office hot and cold drinks shopping
• Prepare post, ensuring it reaches post box for collection at the end of your working day, maintain database
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as described in our Q&A manual and contract of employment
• Maintain self-employed staff insurance and other compliance documents
• Answering telephones taking messages being interested and passing on information
• Manage general office email
• Keep your desk tidy ensuring deadline tasks are discussed with line manager before leaving for the day



Functional & Behavioural Competencies required:

• Previous working experience in an office environment is essential
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel essential
• It is essential you are able to take messages accurately
• Ability to effectively contribute to the team and interact with others
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to use own initiative to work out any problems which may arise
• Professional attitude to work
• Punctual and conscientious
• Show enthusiasm
