This planning, infrastructure design company is searching for a strong Office Assistant. Fantastic working environment, within a vibrant progressive team.

Job Title
- Office Assistant
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM
Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 (depends on experience)
Location - Manchester City Centre
Contract - Permanent 



Job Description

 - Answering all forms of correspondence; Telephone, Fax and email
 - Ordering office supplies
 - Faxing / Scanning / Printing / Filing / Copy Writing / Formatting letters
 -
Booking travel and accommodation
 - Using Sage Accounts to amend transactions and enter expenses for all manager accounts
 - Assist with organising events such as; Christmas parties etc.


Qualifications

- Experience of working in an office environment
- Minimum of two years experience within Administration

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A creative outlook on Administration
