Reed are very pleased to be working with this fantastic and well established organisation based in Central Bath who are looking for an Office Administrator to add to their team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and experienced Administrator/Secretary to join an expanding team. 

As the Office Administrator, you will be providing support to the whole team, you will need to be very organised, motivated, able to work with your initiative, versatile and be able to prioritise tasks.

Knowledge and experience of the IT industry would also be very advantageous for this position.

The duties will include managing the internal system, filing, answering calls and emails, database management, drafting invoices and managing social media platforms.

You will have previous experience in an Administration position, ideally within a larger and busy organisation, excellent IT and communication skills and strong attention to detail.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, the hours are full time Monday - Friday and is starting off at a pay rate of £9.50 per hour
