Description:


Our client is a fast growing leading provider of origination and servicing software solutions for banks, building societies and specialist lenders in the UK and Europe. Having recently received Private Equity backing (June 2017), they are seeking to accelerate their growth through acquisition as well as organic growth.

Their clients range from large high-street names to smaller niche providers and challenger banks.

With over 120 people and growing, they are based in the City (St Katherine’s Docks) with offices in Bristol and Delhi.


The Role:

They are currently seeking a junior OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join their busy team with a minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator for a small to medium sized business.

Assisting the Office Manager, as first point of contact, of a small but busy office, you will be assisting the Directors and the wider team dealing with facilities, purchasing and HR and payroll administration.


Experience/Skills Required:

The candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ admin experience of working in a busy office with around 50 - 150 staff. They are looking for someone business minded with a proactive, confident and efficient approach, with experience of working in a corporate environment.

You must have strong prioritisation, organisational and decision making skills and the ability to work autonomously. You must also be an exceptional communicator, both spoken and written.

As the face of the Company for visitors, you must have strong client facing skills, being professional and polite when dealing with customers.

IT literate with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Outlook and Internet Explorer.
