Office Administrator Job
37.5 Hours per week- Monday to Friday
£8 per hour
Based in Swindon
Temporary to Permanent

I am recruiting for a local construction company within the Swindon area. This role is due to massive growth within the past year and the team need someone to support them with their administration and receptionist duties.

On a daily basis you will be required to perform a range of duties to support their business.

On a daily basis you will be:

•Answering Phone and re -directing to the correct people or taken a message to pass on
•Take banking over to bank in old town
•Do any post office duties
•Typing invoices on computer system, must have data computer skills for data entry
•Must be happy to do small duties i.e. making coffees for clients and directors

To really excel in this role you must have:

•Excellent Microsoft office skills
•Friendly person who has great communication skills
•A desire to show initiative
•Must be high organised
•A good attention to detail
•The ability to multi-task
•Experience of working in an administration role
