Office Administrator - Brighton - Legal environment
Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnered with a leading law firm based in Brighton who are seeking an Office Administrator to join their friendly team.
This is a great role for someone with a 'can do' attitude who is looking for a varied role where no two days are the same!
Having administration experience within a legal setting is not essential although you are required to have previous experience in the following to be considered for this role -
- General admin support tasks
- Running adhoc errands as and when required
- Distributing post and office equipment
- Delivering documents to court or specific clients
- Assisting on reception
- Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries from clients and colleagues
- Photocopying and filing
