Office Administrator - Brighton - Legal environment

Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnered with a leading law firm based in Brighton who are seeking an Office Administrator to join their friendly team.

This is a great role for someone with a 'can do' attitude who is looking for a varied role where no two days are the same!

Having administration experience within a legal setting is not essential although you are required to have previous experience in the following to be considered for this role -

  • General admin support tasks
  • Running adhoc errands as and when required
  • Distributing post and office equipment
  • Delivering documents to court or specific clients
  • Assisting on reception
  • Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries from clients and colleagues
  • Photocopying and filing
