I am currently recruiting for a company based on the outskirts of Ipswich, who are seeking a Candidate to join their team as an Office Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an entry level position, and a good opportunity to be join a specialist design and manufacturing business.

Responsibilities will include –
Preparing samples and company literature for despatch
Using internet search tools to locate prospective customers and create marketing lists
Preparing e-marketing campaigns
Assisting other members of staff with customer visits and correspondence
Customer satisfaction monitoring
Assisting with UK and International shipping arrangements
Answering incoming calls and distributing to the correct staff
Purchasing stationery
Keeping the main office and meeting room clean, tidy and ready to receive visitors

Full training will be offered but you must be a team player, a strong work ethic and have a positive, flexible outlook. You will have strong IT skills, especially in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Salary offered will be dependent on experience, along with social working hours (9am-5:30pm, although some work outside of these hours will be expected occasionally) and 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
