My Client is an established, trusted and reputable pharmaceuticals company based in the heart of London’s West End. With a strong commitment to providing high quality solutions for the health of men and women, they pride themselves on being at the forefront of medical ingenuity. They are now looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join their warm and friendly team.

As an Office Administrator you will undertaking but not limited to the following tasks:

- Work with our finance function to ensure marketing budget expenditure is accurately processed and in compliance with the guidelines.
- Efficiently manage venue selection and booking for company meetings and company sponsored meetings. Process expenses of sponsored guests and ensure compliance with ABPI code and company guidance.
- Complete travel arrangement for company personnel from time to time.
- To assist in developing a company Intranet system to cover key business and company social interactions
- Follow up reports from patient / Doctor
- Manage HR processes for new starters; leave request, absence recording and individual HR files for both the field based and office-based staff.
- Manage the ordering, collation, distribution and stock control of marketing and sales support items
- To provide administration services to efficiently manage office supplies, company stationary, printing materials etc.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Degree level qualification preferable in business administration, marketing or science
- Pharmaceutical industry experience and or HR admin would be advantageous
- Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, use of Access or similar database is desireable
- Confident personality and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure
- Very strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Be courteous, adaptable, mature and highly flexible
