REED Specialist Recruitment is currently recruiting an Office Administrator on behalf of a reputable investment group of companies in Malta. The candidates will get the opportunity to work in a diverse team with the possibility of growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and helping them with queries
• Answering telephone, direct calls and take messages
• Preparing correspondence and documents
• Organizing conference and meeting room bookings
• Monitoring and ordering office equipment
• Maintaining sick leave and leave records
• Updating database of incoming job applicants calling candidates for job interviews
• Organising staff training sessions and activities
• Minute-taking in meetings
• Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness
• General administrative duties
• Helping out in other departments

Requirements:

• Excellent IT & English Skills
• Minimum of a University/MCAST diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Highly organised and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure when needed
• Clean police conduct
• Driving licence and have own vehicle
