My client, a leading designer in their field, are looking for an Office Administrator to join their fun friendly team on a full-time basis.

The role will involve processing orders, chasing returns and entering onto the system, helping manage phone calls and correspondence and administration support to the sales team i.e emails and filing. Creating and updating records on the system, ordering and tracking office supplies and liaising with other departments re payments. 

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in a similar role and excellent knowledge of MS Office. A can do attitude with the ability to hit the ground running. Able to prioritize tasks, offer time management and flexibility when needed and to work with little supervision. Self-motivated, presentable and professional team player with excellent communication skills.
