Office Administrator – Aberdeen

I am currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work in a full-time capacity, this role is initially a temporary position and has the ability to become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include reformatting candidate’s CVs, updating and maintain candidate records, responsible for the compliance of candidate records such as right to work, visas, references and any relevant qualifications. Reception duties include answering the telephone and greeting candidates face to face.

There will also be general accounts duties such as invoicing, dealing with timesheets, credit control and petty cash control.

You must have strong administration background and be ready to commence new employment immediately, candidates who have experience within an HR or recruitment setting are highly desirable.
