Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with an exciting design and supply company of digital dashboards, user interfaces, apps and animation based in Middlesbrough!

There is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team! 

This will be a full time position offering a salary of £16000-20000K depending on experience! 

Assisting Directors:
- Managing diary’s
- Coordinating meetings
- Organising travel

Management coordination:
- Preparation & Issue of invoicing
- Management of company resource database
- Managing company purchasing

Events Management:
- Coordination, organisation & attendance

First line of contact for clients:
- Hardware proposals
- Hardware sales
- Coordination of deliveries
- Email enquires
- Telephone enquires

Office Management
- Twitter
- Stationary
- Organising company hardware and equipment
- General admin duties

The ideal person: 

- Have experience in an office environment
- Experience of diary management
- Experience in co-ordinating meetings and travel 
- Be driven 
- Be passionate
