An exciting opportunity has arose for successful homecare providers who are based in Halstead.

My client is looking for an office administrator to support the HR advisor in their day to day function. As an office administrator you will undertake tasks such as:
• Creating new staff files
• Taking copies of staff proof of ID and obtaining application forms for interviewees
• Keeping the in-house database up to date for new staff
• Answering incoming calls to the recruitment office
• Obtaining and chasing references for new staff
• Sending reference responses
• Producing and Renewing ID badges
• Tracking DBS applications
• Ordering and monthly stock checks of uniforms
• Sending information of new trainees to Coordinators and Training Officer
• Keeping Interview and Training Boards up to date ensuring all candidates are called
• Covering Recruitment Officer when required
• Producing Offer Letters and Contracts
• General filing
• Any other admin duties as required

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Experience of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
• Self-Motivated
