you will need to have previous experience of general office administration along with previous experience of helpdesk and telephone support.
Job duties will include acting as first point of call for all ICT support issues so you will need a positive and friendly approach with co workers and staff.
All calls are logged through a call logging system, the more technical ones being passed on to a more senior technical support colleague.
Other duties will include placing and managing stationery orders, supporting relevant teams

The ideal candidate will need thorough experience of all Microsoft office packages including Excel and PowerPoint
