Our existing NHS Leicester based client are currently looking to appoint a five new NHS Customer Service Coordinators, that will be based within their NHS Call Centre. This position will be full-time, 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday on a temporary basis.

They are looking to recruit applicants who are happy work in a busy fast paced office environment.They must able to demonstrate calmness and empathy while dealing with high call volumes and have strong communication skills while dealing with members of the public. Providing an excellent Customer Service is an essential requirement for this position along with a good telephone manner.

The successful candidates will be required to have good IT knowledge and be able to use MS Office Word and Excel. A four week training programme will be provided for each successful candidate appointed.
