Our existing NHS based client are currently looking to appoint NHS Customer Service Coordinators, that will be based within their NHS Call Centre. This position will be full-time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday on a temporary basis, with an immediate start.

The ideal candidates must able to demonstrate calmness and empathy while dealing with high call volumes and have strong communication skills while dealing with members of the public. Providing excellent Customer Service is an essential requirement for this position along with a good telephone manner.

The successful candidate will be required to have good IT knowledge and be able to use MS Office Word and Excel. A four week training programme will be provided for each successful candidate.
