Reed Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic company in the centre of Bath with their search for a new Receptionist/Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Your main responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for any incoming enquiries via phone or email and provide a warm, friendly welcome to visitors. You will also provide an amazing support system for the team and take on a range of administrative duties including:
• Sourcing and ordering books, refreshments and other items as required
• Diary Management
• Processing post
• Photocopying, scanning and filing
• Meeting preparation
• General office maintenance including the kitchen and social areas
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in a Reception based role or a highly organised individual with a positive and hardworking attitude. You will have full responsibility for the duties above so a confident and pro-active nature is essential for this role as well as the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels in a confident and friendly manner.
