Based out of their Bedfordshire office you will be tasked with maintaining contact with key decision makers across the customer base consisting of Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Regional/National Developers, Architects, Contractors and Specifiers.
If successful you will receive a basic salary of up to £27k with both personal and business performance related bonus and 25 Days holiday.
Requirements for the role:
• A working knowledge of the specification sales cycle and its effective use.
• Experience in working within a product led sales environment ideally within the construction industry.
• A knowledge and experience in using Lead gen tools (Barbour ABI, Glenigan etc)
• The tenacity to follow a lead from inception to completion and track developments along the way.
• Effective diary management, distribution of time and prioritisation.
