Package: Up to £45,000 basic salary plus further on target earnings, car or car allowance, pension, healthcare and a host of other benefits.
The position of National Account Manager will report into the Key Account Controller with responsibility for developing and guiding the implementation of specific customer account plans.
Key duties include;
Take responsibility for an individual portfolio of national accounts
Implement, monitor, report & forecast on account performance against sales budget and cash margin in order to maximise performance
Develop, implement and maintain individual customer account plans which identify key activities and prioritise in line with company strategic objectives and KPI's
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, through building strong relationships across all areas of the customer's business
Maintain regular communication with key external contacts
Through the department provide ongoing intelligence/data/information that can be used by other departments in order to make more informed decisions
Develop and implement individual account NPD strategy
