What you will be doing:
• As a member of a first line technical support team, find the best and the easiest solution for customer problems
• Keeping daily contact with our international customers and teams
• Resolving IT issues which can occur during the course of office work
• Answering support queries via tools, phone and email
• Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
• Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved on first level to the competent teams
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Experience in Customer Service or Service Desk field is a big advantage, but not must
• Fluent English and fluency in German / French
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft operation systems
• We welcome fresh graduates
