The spacious, welcoming interior is carefully lit, reminiscent of the restaurants in Thailand and has been feng-shui designed to enhance the dining experience. Guests will appreciate the traditional thai service and world-renowned hospitality.

This very popular and luxury Asian restaurant group is now seeking for a passionate and dedicated Operations Manager to add to the already successful teams.

The role is to be based in Central London to start as soon as possible.

The salary available is £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus company benefits.

The Operations Manager should have:

3 years’ experience in a multi-site management role within a restaurant business.
The ability to work on a range of projects/tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong inspirational skills and a supportive leadership for the teams you manage.
The ability to support and coach the team to deliver the service against sales targets.
An excellent financial awareness and ability to control the restaurants.
The role requires:

Supervision and full accountability of 5 restaurants.
Staff Training and Coaching.
Supervision and enforcement of Health & Safety and Food Safety in the branches.
Supervision and enforcement of the Company Food Manual.
Supervision and enforcement of the Company Operation Manual.
Supervision, management and control of the labor cost of the restaurants (Rota approval).
Supervision and enforcement of the brand values.
Supervision and achievement of targets.
Supervision and management of stock control guidelines.
Progressive day to day supervision, control and development of Customer Service.
Strong relationships building with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
