Our client is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their growing team to provide professional and effective support to the Internal Sales Executives, Sales Professional, Customer Service and business teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Day to day communication with customers, internal sales executives, sales professionals and all internal teams to ensure optimum and accurate workflow of data and sales support activities throughout the sales office
• Process customer prices, rebates, sales orders, invoices, returns, credits and debits in SAP
• Professional and highly accurate preparation & presentation of letters of credit and export & compliance for all despatches
• Assist in processing all general sales and technical enquiries, providing a high and professional level of customer support
• Responsible for ensuring a high level of support overall is given to the External Sales Professionals in preparing information for customer visits.
In return, my client is offering a salary of £22,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience.
Working hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm.
