Mortgage Complaints Investigations Officer + up to £22,500 + Bonus + Benefits

I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic financial services organisation who have an extensive background and have grown year on year since their inception in 2010! Please see below for further details;


Duties
In this role all complaints are administered, investigated and resolved in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will be responsible for promoting a customer focused environment and acting as the voice of the customer.

Experience Necessary
o Proven experience in a complaints handling position
o Active ability to demonstrate empathy
o Strong communication skills- articulate, verbal and oral
o Active problem solving skills, and ability to think on your feet
o Good organisational skills
o To provide feedback to the business on trends identified and prevention of recurrence
o CeMaP qualification is essential. Level 3 Certificate in Regulated Complaints Handling (CeRCH) is desirable.
