Key Skills / Duties:
Keep our CRM system up to date and organised
Sorting all client documents and chase any outstanding information/documents
Process mortgage applications through lenders to get a mortgage offer out as quickly as possible
Chasing solicitors/valuers/estate agents/accountants
Keep clients up to date on the progress of their application
Maintain Diary and future tasks for client mortgage products expiring
General day to day help around the office (ordering stationary, organising post
Experience within Mortgages and the financial services industry
Knowledge of the Mortgage industry
25 days holidays plus bank holidays
Car permit can be included
