Looking for a new Minute Taking / Administration opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to provide high quality and accurate minutes for a busy team within a well-known and highly respected Local Authority.

This role is based on an ongoing temporary contract on a full time basis and is available immediately.

What’s my role?
To work closely with all members of Rochdale Councils’ Adult Care team and undertake the minuting of various conferences and meetings. This role will also include responsibility for providing administrative and telephony support and assistance to all levels of staff within the team.

What skills do I need?
• Extensive experience of providing accurate minutes within complex meetings and conferences.

• Experience organising and maintaining information systems, including databases.

• Ability to provide strong administrative support to various staff and departments.

• Strong IT competences in word processing and excel.

• Experience in dealing with general telephone queries.

The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced and outcome focused environment. You will possess great attention to detail and be able to multi-task effectively.

You will also be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience working within a Local Authority environment would be advantageous.
