Looking for a new Minute Taking / Administration opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to provide high quality and accurate minutes for a busy Leadership Support team within a well-known and highly respected Local Authority. This role is based on an ongoing temporary contract on a full time basis and is available immediately.

What’s my role?
To work closely with all members of Trafford Councils’ Leadership Support team to provide a customer focused service. In this role you will organise, facilitate and act as a note taker for a variety of meetings. This role will also include responsibility for providing administrative support and assistance to all levels of staff within the team.

What skills do I need?
• Experience of providing accurate minutes within complex meetings and conferences.

• Experience organising and maintaining information systems, including databases.

• Ability to provide strong administrative support to various staff and departments.

• Strong IT competences in word processing and excel.

The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced and outcome focused environment. You will possess great attention to detail and be able to multi-task effectively. You will also be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience working within a Local Authority environment would be advantageous.
