We are seeking a professional and experienced Minute Taker to work on a temporary basis for a well established client based in the heart of Bournemouth. 

The Role

The role will involve creating and updating company documentation, organising Board meetings, taking and producing meeting minutes to a high standard and drafting documents following meetings. 

The Ideal Candidate

Must have an excellent eye for detail and previous experience of working in a busy office environment, it is essential to have strong minute taking experience, you will be present at board meetings which can last between 2-3 days and cover an enormous variety of subjects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated, you must be able to work cooperatively within a team and to work confidentiality with sensitive documentation. 
Experience with Short Hand or working within a Financial environment would be an advantageous.
