We are seeking a temporary Medical Recruitment Business Partner- Band 7 to work for our Healthcare provider based around the Hammersmith area.

This is a full time role to start as soon as possible and is paying £21.00-£26.00 Per Hour.

Aim of the role:

The post holder will be accountable for the strategic and operational delivery of a customer focused resourcing service to all medical hiring managers. They will manage a small team who will provide a service to a number of senior and middle managers across a Clinical Division. They will liaise with service users to establish resourcing requirements and manage large scale and often complex attraction campaigns and deliver a recruitment service for doctors and dentists in line with legislation and best practice. They will be the medical recruitment expert advisor for Consultants, grade doctors, specialty doctors and locums, Clinical Research Fellows and any other ad hoc medical recruitment; facilitating the development and delivery of hiring via annually planned Appointment Advisory Committees as required.

Their team will provide a multi-faceted recruitment service in accordance with a Service Level Agreement and will support the Head of Resourcing in improving efficiencies through innovation and contribute to the development and growth of the service and creation of a centre of excellence for recruitment and resourcing. They will, from time to time, be responsible for the delivery and management of resourcing development projects and manage development initiatives across the business ensuring they are delivered within agreed objectives, targets, quality standards and cost constraints.

KEY RESULT AREAS
• Staff management: line management of staff members of various levels, plus apprentices; including responsibility for performance, appraisals and individual and team development, to ensure that activities reflect and meet the business objectives

• Operational management: to provide all operational aspects of the Trust’s recruitment service; ensuring delivery of a high-quality and continuously improving customer-focused service to managers, and candidates, meeting agreed time to hire and vacancy targets and providing professional advice to managers regarding recruitment attraction and selection.

• Communication: to provide expert advice to managers and candidates regarding AAC and campaign and pre-appointment management and processes in addition to attraction, selection and other related topics
