Mechanical project leader

Tasks:
• Coordination of mechanical development of electronic control units for different products until SOP (electronic battery sensor (EBS), airbag, gateway)
• Leading of international project team (design, purchasing, customer, production technology, layout, sample shop, series preparation)
• Planning and follow-up of scheduling, quality, resources, capacity, costs, risk-management according to requirements,
• Requirement analysis
• Introduction of improvement-measures
• Project documentation according to current Bosch quality directives
• Regular reporting about project status to internal customer and management
• Coordination of technical topics with customer, Bosch departments and production sites in international environment
• Use of development methods according to Bosch rules and customer requirements
• Follow-up and compliance of scheduling, costs and quality goals
Requirements:
• University or technical college degree in engineering (mechanical, electronic, mechatronics, technical manager or comparable) or business (economics, leadership or comparable)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Negotiation level of English and preferable also German language
• Project leader mindset and experience
• Ability to make decisions, ready to take responsibility
• Self-confident appearance
• Target-, quality- and process oriented
• Flexible, team player
• Ability to cope with stress
• Precise, independent and systematical
• Analytical mindset
• Traveling to international or national location
Advantages:
• Experience in automotive
• Familiar with ECUs based on PCB or LTCC-technology
