I am working with an Ofsted Outstanding Secondary School based in the Greater Manchester Area. The school teaches boys and girls aged 11-16, who come from a variety of backgrounds, and the school is renowned throughout the area as one of the most academically prolific, with a welcoming faculty and community focused culture.

This school has a brilliant support network, with staff always helping each other in any way they can and the senior leadership team are always happy to pitch in and help.

This fantastic school is looking for a Teacher of Maths to join them on a full-time supply basis, until September 2018.

This role would allow you to be deeply involved in the Maths department, with the successful teacher being responsible for the continued development of the History curriculum, schemes of work, resources and lesson plans as well as the close monitoring of pupil progression and a consistent drive on academic attainment.

Key criteria of success for this position -
Experience of teaching History at a secondary level (ideally up to GCSE)
Experience of working within a secondary school on a long-term basis
Good Classroom Management
Ability to quickly develop rapport with students and colleagues
