Office Administrator (To cover Maternity Leave)

Hours 9am – 4.00pm (flexible) with 1/2 hour for lunch – Monday to Friday and must be able to work full time (8.30 to 5pm) when required to cover for other staff holidays and or sickness.

Salary: circa £8.00 per hour.

To support finance department within a successful and established company in Bredbury, Stockport.

Responsibilities include:

• Invoice & order processing
• Handling telephone calls
• Distributing email and telephone enquiries
• Taking credit card payments from customers
• Checking courier invoices
• Organising courier POD’s and chasing up deliveries
• Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
• Sorting post

Applicants should be capable of working on their own initiative and should possess a desire to succeed & take on increasing responsibilities.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• Friendly and Professional attitude
• Experience in a similar role
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
