Reed Marketing are currently working with a leading charity who have been established for over 60 years. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis to support the Director of Fundraising and Marketing.
Main purpose of the role is to devise and implement a comprehensive membership strategy to maximise income from new and existing members through a number of different channels
** Broaden and diversify membership marketing opportunities - through a lead generation campaigns using a mix of online, digital and direct mail.
** Utilise a range of digital platforms to achieve successful membership, as well as utilise underpaid and paid advertising opportunities
** You will develop a long term membership recruitment strategy within the Kent area
** Manage a Budget, Produce campaign reports, analysing campaigns
** You will be responsible for the membership teams, developing a long term strategy of membership recruitment within the local area
** You will lead, train and manage the membership team developing and retaining high quality people and skills
** Develop a complete understanding of audience motivations and build membership recruitment campaigns across this.
** Successful candidate will hold a relevant marketing qualification ideally at degree level
** Hold experience in a leadership position working in a fast paced environment
** Has proven experience in scheduling and coordinating marketing campaigns, able to analyse and interpret findings
** Strong communication skills, able to liaise at all levels
** You will be highly organised, able to prioritise your workload
** Demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework within which membership recruitment and fundraising operates.
