REED Marketing and Creative are currently working with a leading organisation based near Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, who are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager on a full-time and permanent basis.

The salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

This is a varied role and will be suitable for an individual who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for creating and implementing new marketing strategies, as well as managing and motivating a small Marketing team! You will be hard-working, talented and ambitious and looking to grow and develop your skills!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and develop the marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Coach and manage a small team of marketers.
  • Develop the content strategy to support business goals and objectives.
  • Drive imagery and video content via digital channels.
  • Conduct independent research to recognise opportunities for content.
  • Manage all company social media accounts
  • Write and publish company news, celebrations, blogs and activities.
  • Schedule social media posts, highlighting the brand and driving client engagement.
  • Be the voice of the company and brand champion.
  • Create and deliver email marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging email templates.
  • Create campaigns that generate leads for the sales teams.
  • Be data-driven in using analytics to make marketing decisions.
  • Use CRM to create targeted distribution lists - GDPR compliant.
  • Report to the Directors on monthly on analytics and campaign results.
  • Website management.
  • Manage and edit content on the company website.
  • Report monthly on website analytics.
  • Attend industry events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing role.
  • Confident in driving marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
  • Experience of managing a small team is advantageous.
