We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our innovative National Brand.

Working closely with the Board of Directors, and managing a creative and driven Marketing team, your role will be to oversee, drive and develop the full online and offline marketing mix for the retail group, aiding the development of new and existing stores, maximising sales opportunities, increasing the success of our online presence, and our full customer experience.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for the full marketing spectrum and strategies for the group of companies, including promotions and store launches
• Overseeing and supporting social media platforms
• Motivating, coaching and developing the small marketing team, including Graphic Designers, Product Listers, Social Media Team, Bloggers and Marketing Assistants
• Pushing boundaries and thinking outside the box to deliver creative and exciting marketing briefs that will develop and promote the brand
• Building and developing relationships with external suppliers, agencies and all other external opportunities
• Management and effective allocation of a multi-million pound budget
• Negotiating rates for new working opportunities
• Weekly and monthly reporting, and delivery of pitches and project ideas to the Board

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for interpreting and using our analytical and customer data to create a deeper understanding of our audience, and aid future success of the brand

• A flair for creative marketing, bringing your own and the team's ideas together to lead and deliver creative and exciting briefs

• A commercial and strategic mindset, constantly reviewing our performance, whilst keeping an eye out for new opportunities

• The people management skills to be a dedicated coach and leader for our marketing team

• Experience in successful management of large marketing budgets

• An in depth understanding of the law of pricing

• In depth experience within a similar environment, ideally within retail

• A willingness to travel to new and existing sites across the UK when required

This role is full time, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm. There is a probationary period of 13 weeks, and there are 20 days of holiday. Salary will be set dependent on experience.
