Our client are a bespoke fabrication and design company supplying fusion by design kitchen and bar fit to the modern chef.

Due to promotion within the ranks, a position has opened up for an experienced Marketing Executive. You will be working closely with all the team, including the Managing Director, Business Development Manager, Production Manager and Office Manager.
Demanding at times, the work is always focused on the needs of the company with a salary of up to £30,000 its a rewarding position.


Requirements:
Your key roles and responsibilities are to raise the profile of the company within the hospitality environment to generate business leads. Along with maintaining and developing relationships with key suppliers.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns to drive business;
• Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications;
• Liaise with our PR company;
• Get all information for editorials and features (this may include interviews with editors);
• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• sourcing and securing sponsorship;
• Engage/get to know key chefs to generate new business;
• Arrange open days, cooking demos, to generate new business;
• Arrange chefs table for managing director;
• Arrange tickets for shows for managing director and on occasion invite guests if table is booked;
• Arrange for “freebees” from suppliers to be sent to us for raffles and hampers to support our clients and organisations;
• Responsible for sponsoring charities of the MD’s choice;
• Order taster spoons and boxes;
• organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• Learning about the equipment, fabrication to aid in successful marketing of the company;
• Ensure you are kept up-to-date with the latest news in the hospitality industry, such as chefs moving, new bars/hotels/restaurants opening;
• Liaise with sales team for presentation packs as these are needed when they visit new sites;
• Visit the 2 factory’s every day to get photos speak to the guys to get information, assist them with any information they need i.e. Photos equipment info;
• Learn about the equipment, fabrication so you can market properly;
• Keep records of all units/equipment on loan, liaise with chefs to get testimonials;
• Be aware of 2nd hand equipment which can be used/given away to charities;
• Collage information on equipment from our suppliers;
• Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites;
• Understanding the products and customer profile and write thorough specs for each;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio;
• Develop and manage content-based Social Networks, Blog Sites, Company website;
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing;
• Leaflets for our social media pushing our supplier’s equipment;
• Keep website updated with new photos and up-to-date information;

The scope of the Marketing Executive’s role can be extensive and additional duties may also be required from time to time.



Degree in Marketing, Web Design/Development, or related discipline;

Experience with Web Site Development (CMS, Landing pages, Microsites, Templates, Styles, Basic HTML & CSS, Wordpress);

Experience with Email Marketing programs;

Experience with Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools, Website Optimizer, Keyword Tool, URL Builder)

Experience with Web 2.0 and Social Networks (Blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, YouTube)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)

Due to the location, access to own vehicle may be necessary
