Having steadily grown to achieve a reputation as a digital marketing leader, my client outstrips its competition, focusing on a genuine drive and ambition to enable its clients to realise their potential.

As the business grows, so does its need to carefully manage its brand, to take ownership, to ensure consistency, and to above all maintain and protect the business' outstanding reputation. 

And, so, the opportunity for a Head of Marketing is born, directly supported by a Marketing Assistant, not to mention a team of 40 digital specialist.

So what will you be expected to achieve?....

Whilst you'll have an existing team you'll have a real opportunity to develop, own and work with them to deliver the marketing plan, working closely with the Sales Director to ensure the inbound lead generation strategy is optimised.

You'll oversee all marketing activity, both online and offline space, website, events, content marketing, advertising, newsletter, partnerships and socialchannels, and will essentially be one of the key faces of the brand via networking, public speaking, and writing.

Supporting the businesses' continued growth you'll identify and create strategies for innovative product and service opportunities.

You'll manage the marketing budget, analysing all initiatives, ROI, creating dashboards and reports to illustrate your work’s impact on revenues, making recommendations to the Board of Directors.

And what do we want from you?......

Naturally, you'll have a proven track record in digital marketing, previous agency is a must, as well as hands on experience of SEO, PPC, Analytics and content marketing.
Yes, you'll be making tactical and strategic decisions, but we need you to be able to 'muck in' lead by example and deliver, especially given this is a new role!

You'll be data driven approach, have proven experience of marketing automation tools and building campaigns designed to keep any business ahead of its

A team player, influencer, confident public speaker, you're comfortable networking and leading forums regards digital knowledge, in fact you may already have your work published, certainly being recognised for your digital knowledge and expertise.
