REED Marketing and Creative are currently working with a leading professional services firm who are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, to be based in their Leeds office.

The salary is £27,000 - £30,000 - full-time and permanent, offering excellent company benefits!

The role will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of marketing and business development activity across the region. You will work with the marketing and business development team, partners and internal staff to ensure that all offices are effectively targeting new work, maximising service delivery, and acquiring quality new business and clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver events - take responsibility for the management and administration of company events and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate a variety of online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and ROI is measured.
• Support and deliver sponsorships and joint initiatives with intermediaries and other third parties.
• Support the BD team and partners in delivering internal and external communications material and collateral within brand guidelines.
• Ensure that internal communications tools are kept up to date such as events calendars, internal news and marketing collateral.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of tenders and presentation material.
• Ensure all internal documents meet brand guidelines.
• Support and develop case studies, testimonials and information for tenders.
• Manage the CRM system and ensure the system is used effectively throughout the region.
• Undertake research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support business development activity using online tools.
• Manage and support the development of marketing literature and promotional materials.
• Support the use of social media across the region.
• Manage and create new and engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
• Organise regional team meetings and attend as required.
• Assist with other marketing and business development projects.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous Marketing experience.
• A mix of both online and offline experience is preferred.
• Ideally you will have a background in the professional services sector, however this is not essential.
• Marketing.
• CIM qualification is preferable.
• Understanding and awareness of the business development process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercial understanding.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual.
• Excellent attention to detail.
