The 2nd largest company in Asia and a top 50 Technology firm in the world, is currently looking for a Marketing Associate to join them in the European headquarters in Belgium. This company is a world leader in designing and manufacturing new technologies which improve the production and manufacturing process across multiple industries. 70% of their products are industry firsts and include sensors, vision systems, and measurement instruments.

The central European market is a large part of their European development and both Czech and Hungarian markets have recently seen a huge increase in sales to clients. As a result they require a professional who can take responsibility for marketing functions aiming at companies within the Czech Republic. This is a junior position and is a fantastic opportunity for a first time marketing role and getting international exposure.

Your main responsibilities will be: -

- Creating and managing advertisements and mailings
- Management of CRM data to maximize leads and sales
- E-news management
- Researching client databases
- Web Optimization, Google Advertisement for the purpose of maximizing sales leads
- Leads management and proper distribution including analysis
- Collaboration with external agencies
- Creating and maintenance of Marketing data analysis reports
- Market research/Media research
- Creating promotion material (press-releases, exhibitions, internal announcements)

You’ll be working in a cross-cultural environment with a mixture of junior to senior level professional allows you to gain ideas and experience in a creative, international environment.

You will have: -

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Studies
- Preferably between 1-5 years of previous work experience
- Fluency in Czech and English is a must. Any other European language will be a plus.
- Accuracy
- Professional communication skills, assertive & proactive attitude
- Good organizational, ability to work in team as well as independently
-Very good command of Outlook / Word / Excel
- Working experience in an international environment will be an advantage
