REED Marketing and Creative are currently working with a leading Professional Services organisation based in Leeds, who are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Marketing and Events Manager on a full-time and permanent basis.

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Main requirements:

• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to drive the business forward.
• Develop commercial and strategic objectives in line with the overall business plan.
• Manage and report on the success of the marketing plan.
• Coordinate internal and external industry events, seminars and charity events to raise the business profile of the business and quality of the brand.
• Create and implement high quality marketing materials and brochures.
• Work with an external agency and web provider to ensure the company has a strong online presence.
• Build internal and external relationships to maximise opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

• A proven track record in a similar Marketing or Corporate Events role.
• A background in professional services is advantageous.
• Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness.
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• A positive attitude.
• Experience of delivering successful events.
• A passion for online and offline marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
