My client is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager working for a specialist division within this large International organisation. You will need at with at least 5 years’ experience within either Trade Marketing background in either Retail, Franchise or B2C

This is a very exciting role one where this has elevated to the next level of their European Market where they are aiming to become the 3rd largest in the UK

Managing 2 direct reports you will be working with true professionals in a culture which is very employee centric. You will be responsible the development and delivery of the marketing strategy and implementation plan, including both internal and external communications to existing and potential members, suppliers, internal staff, external trade press and other key external industry opinion formers.

They want you to be the recognised as the Brand ‘Expert’ working with Group International Marketing and PR teams to set brand standards and ensure that these are complied with in the UK by the support team, members and suppliers.

To be the recognised Marketing ‘Expert’, working in-store with members to coach and train them to develop their own local marketing plans.

To be responsible for the collation of customer, competitor and market data insights to inform the businesses overall strategy and tactics.

Graduate – Marketing qualification.
At least 5 years Consumer/Trade Marketing experience within Retail, Franchise or B2B and B2C preferably .
Excellent presentation and communication skills to both small and large groups.
Excellent influencing skills, up to Board level exposure.
Proven analytical capability.
Proven project management experience.
I.T. literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Digital Savvy

• Knowledge of Health & Beauty and/ or Independent Pharmacy retail sector.
• Fluency in a second language (preferably French).
• Experience in managing budgets and Design Agency interface.
