Looking for a fantastic new opportunity in the heart of Essex for £25,000 per annum as a Market Intelligence Manager?

Your role as a Market Intelligence Manager:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure that the needs of our members are fully understood and all of the departments are making full use of data within the CRM.

• Manage the collection of membership data in order to help the organisation deliver its vision and promises to members
• Analyse data from a wide range of sources, from research to website system reports, and ensure that this is shared amongst the team to inform the correct decision-making
• Manage the Marketing Intelligence Coordinator and the team of researchers, ensuring that they are motivated and supported in achieving the department’s aims
• Collate monthly data and use this to create Vital Statistics and Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports
• Continually look for examples of research innovation and best practise from competitors so that our members’ needs are at the forefront of business priorities.
• Work with other departments to develop and maintain a robust, transparent systems
• Support staff in the creation of new methods of capturing membership feedback and ideas, including surveys, online tools and data capture
• Support the marketing team by providing input and assistance on projects and its work internally and externally
• Keep up to date with relevant national and local developments, and attend meetings, conferences and development activities as required.
