Reed Warrington are delighted to be representing a reputable company with a global presence based in St Helens. My client is recruiting for a manufacturing administrator to join their team to support with the smooth running of the different teams within the company.

The company has customers based around the world and there is a need for excellent customer service. This role will initially be as an administrator however there is real scope for development and progression to any area of the business for the right candidate.

Working hours are 8:30 – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 8:30 – 4 Friday with an hour for lunch.

Typical duties will be:

• Processing invoices
• Accurately inputting sales on to the system
• Processing purchase orders
• Banking reconciliation
• Processing payments
• Supporting the logistics team

Person skills:

• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
