This job is an immediate start for a 6 month Temporary placement


The rate of pay is £12.30-£12.60 per hour which equates to a £24,000-£25,000 salary

Working hours are 9.00am-17:00pm, Monday-Friday


I am currently working with one of my top Clients in the Cannock area to recruit a Preventative Maintenance Scheduler. The job will entail planning and following up within the Servicing department. You must have experience in Scheduling/Planning, including using VisionLink software.

My Client is looking for somebody that is Customer focused, cultivates innovation, drives results and is courageous.


Job functions include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate servicing schedules for a fleet of assets
  • Liaising with Customers to organise events with the Preventative Maintenance team
  • Providing a thorough and efficient service
  • Reviewing contracts to ensure service schedule is set up in contract management tool
  • Arrange servicing, open work orders and schedule the service with Preventative Maintenance Engineers
  • Managing the workload to ensure timely invoicing, including managing costs in C20 account
  • Reviewing information and following up actions to raise with Customer, Service Operation or Product Support Account Manager


Skills Required:

  • Good project management and planning/organisation skills
  • Excellent influencing and networking skills
  • Excellent IT skills including intermediate Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to support planning and decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • IT Proficient in systems such as AMT, DBSi, FSAT, Builder, SIS, VisionLink
  • Financial and Commercial awareness



  • Reviews and monitors customer feedback to improve contract delivery
  • Customer Loyalty score as measured by Transactional Survey above annual target
  • PM Engineer Utilisation above annual target
  • Utilises VisionLink to improve scheduling
  • PM Standard Job Utilisation above annual target
  • PM Adherence above annual target
  • Resolution of C000020 Account within 30 days
  • Collaboratively works to identify areas of opportunity to increase product support sales
