Temporary Maintenance Administrator required in Leatherhead Surrey.
This temporary role will be to provide customer service and administrative support to the repairs and maintenance team
The successful candidate will demonstrate previous strong administration experience. This experience will ideally have been gained with a maintenance contractor, providing planned or responsive maintenance, or for a housing association or local council.
You will have excellent customer care experience and strong Microsoft Office skills including the use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
Key Tasks
To deliver an excellent customer service to residents dealing with their queries and concerns regarding repairs, adaptations and improvements and maintenance in their homes
Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date with correct information inline with company policy
Answering a high volume of calls daily with professionalism and excellent customer service
To issue works orders and monitor the progress and quality of works, liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to agreed standards
Prioritising requests based on the severity of the issue
To respond to customer complaints and monitor resident satisfaction
Salary: £11-£13.50p/h
