My client are a high-end fashion retailer based a few minutes walk from the vibrant Shoreditch area, and are looking for an ambitious, analytical and creative Brand Protection Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

Ideally located close to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street stations, in the City of London, this spectacular role offers the opportunity to gain exposure and first class training in the industry and build a successful career!

Working within the Global Brand Experience Team, your primary focus of your role will be the completion of end to end investigation on cases generated through our monitoring systems.

Day to day, you will be involved in: 

• Reviewing and screening all online orders
• Resolving issues with customers over telephone or e-mail, including complaints
• Identifying suspicious trends or activities internally and externally
• Managing the relationships with payment gateways, 3rd parties and escalating customer service issues
• Compiling reports on levels of fraud in business to management
• Assisting to train and develop the wider team and seasonal team members
• Processing charge backs, store double charges, lost in transit claims and refunds
• Reviewing and minimising chargeback and rejection rates
• Ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as and when required


The successful candidate for this role will have: 

• Experience of working within a digital retail environment 
• Knowledge of financial & fraud industry in a digital retail environment
• Excellent knowledge of risk management and fraud services
• Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English (second language a plus)
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve swiftly and professionally
• Flexibility around working days/hours (business operations 24/7/365)
