We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher, are you what we are looking for?

 

About the role…

Reed Education are currently working exclusively with a Primary school based on the outskirts of Cardiff who are looking to add a Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher to their existing team with a September 2020 start date to cover Maternity Leave. There are a number of children with ALN within the school, so the ability and proven track record to differentiate with inclusive teaching, to ensure every child achieves their full potential.

 

NQT? Our client is willing to support NQT’s through their induction year whilst covering this Maternity contract.

The school strives to promote positive learning experiences for all the pupils allowing them to achieve their full potential whilst promoting their mission statement creating ambitious, successful learners. Due to their location only a stone’s throw away from local nature trails, rivers and parks, they are looking for a Teacher with “Forest School” or outdoor learning experience.

Following their most recent Estyn inspection, the school achieved Good ratings across the board.

About you…

To be successful in these posts, you would need to be: 

  • Hold QTS – the school will consider both NQT’s and experienced Teachers;
  • A proven track record of teaching to a high standard across the Primary phase;
  • Clear and developed strategies to ensure consistent differentiation across the curriculum;
  • Ability to differentiate to facilitate all learners including ALN;
  • Committed to inclusion and promoting exemplary standards of Teaching and Learning;
  • Creative, well-organised, flexible, motivated and passionate!
