Immediate Starter required 

Goods in:
- Prepare weekly goods-in reports.
- Liaise with Production Managers about when orders are on track and ready.
- Organise cost and time effective pick-ups from workshop to achieve Goods In Date including consolidated production runs.
- Ensure everything entering the warehouse and logistics area has a delivery note.
- Unwrap orders.
- Co-ordinate return to the workshops for repairs/reworks if required.
- Help Production Managers with speaking to workshops, moving goods to and from workshops where needed
- Attend weekly Logistics meetings.

Quality Control:
- Check items coming in for damage and report any damages within 2h.
- Print QC paperwork for every order.
- Ensure you have drawing and samples of bespoke/custom orders.
- Complete QC with the QC manager when required.
- Photograph every order and upload images to the server.
- Log QC results on QC log and report to Production and Logistics.

Shipping / Warehouse:
- Add stock to inventory with relevant information and log any movements to/from warehouse.
- Label every order with a stock number or SO number.
- Warehouse kept tidy with every item labelled and on the inventory.
- Assistance with Client/Showroom Installations as required.
- Packaging of lighting orders.

Goods Out:
- Nothing to leave warehouse without a signed collection note.
- Cover Logistics Manager’s absence to arrange client deliveries.

Skills or Qualities for the Position:
Experience in warehouse/logistics environements
Good IT skills (Microsoft office, stock management systems) Flexible, highly motivated, effective team player
Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Advantage having ERP experience though not essential
