My client based in Bradley Stoke is looking for a temporary Logistics Administrator to join their team. This role could potentially go permanent. 

Pay rate: £14p/h 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (later hours may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate ordering of equipment and delivery of equipment
  • Liaise with suppliers and transport companies.

  • Keep stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy at all times.

  • Plan, co-ordinate and record the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods

  • Ensure the production area is utilised in the most efficient way, fulfilling all quality and environmental objectives.

  • Be knowledgeable on and conversant with the company’s portfolio of solutions and services.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Company’s policies and vision and how the production area contributes to these.

  • Respond to and deal with client communication by telephone and email, as required, in a highly professional and responsive manner

  • Produce regular reports relating to the production area and brief line managers as required
