Reed are currently recruiting for a global leader in Digital Intelligence who provide Law enforcement, military intelligence and assist in digital forensics, triage and analytics.

Our client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to be based at the Park Royal site who will handle the overall administration activities and operations for their UK office within the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Location: Park Royal
Salary: 25-30k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.


Your duties will be administration based, as you will be looking after and coordinating the receipt and delivery of all hardware received for analysis/investigation. You will need at least 2 years within a sales coordinator/operations role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate receipt and delivery of customer hardware.
• Point-of-contact for customers regarding operational/logistics issues.
• ‘Gate Keeper’ ensuring that all activities strictly adhere to company priorities, policies and procedures.
• Report to and liaise with head office in Israel
• Continually improve customer service.

PERSON

•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; sales coordinator/sales operations or order management/hardware logistics, preferably in an international technology company.
•Working knowledge of excel and experience using sales management systems such as Salesforce.
•Service oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
•Highly organized, problem solver with excellent attention to detail
•Strong team player, happy to work in a small team or alone on occasion.
