Our client, a multinational company is currently looking for a
Logistics Coordinator – Web order fulfillment to join their dynamic team in Fertőszentmiklós.

The primary aim of the position is to support on-line sales process through providing proactive logistical and administrative support such as order management, order entry, price checking, order clearing, compliance, complaint handling, coordination of delivery and billing, monitoring the end-to-end process of shipping, managing returns.

What you will be doing:
• Supports online sales processes of 10 or more web shops, Amazon and eBay
• Creates, checks and processes customer orders according to company guidelines
• Ensures product availability, plans and releases purchase orders to suppliers based on customer orders
• Collects orders confirmations, sends ETA information and shipping schedules, provides PODs
• Prepares shipping documentation (packing list, pro-forma invoice, commercial invoice, shipping marks, etc.)
• Active participation in scheduling of customer orders’ deliveries in close cooperation with the transport planning ensuring on-time deliveries to the customers
• Support and arrange customer and supplier returns, process return orders in ERP
• Keeps contact with suppliers, subcontractors, LSPs
• Monitors electronic data exchange with external partners
• Ensures timely and accurate resolution of requests
• Ensures appropriate escalation of issues to other parties if necessary
• Identifies potential areas for improvement and initiates activities in case KPIs are below targets

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Preferably College or University degree in Economics / Logistics / Business Administration or similar field
• Experience in order management or in a customer contact and/or order administration role in an international environment is considered as an advantage
• Fluency in English is a must
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• In depth knowledge of order and warehouse management processes, experience of any integrated ERP system is an advantage
• Good understanding of business processes and economical thinking
• End-to-end supply network understanding
• Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution, highly organized and managing priorities
• Distinct customer focus and be devoted to the ecommerce area for delivering high quality support
• High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Team player with good cooperation skills
• High level of accuracy, high standards for excellence
• Ability to plan and manage various tasks good organizational skills
• Experience of working with multi-cultural team
• Have a positive approach and is solutions-focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude
